Shumani Training and HR Solutions, a leading provider of workforce development solutions, partnered with Lumamu to project manage the Informal Traders and Micro Enterprises Development (ITAMED) project. This initiative, funded by the Wholesale and Retail SETA (W&RSETA), aimed to upskill informal traders in the West Rand District Municipality and Mnquma Local Municipality. The project required complex multi-stakeholder coordination, municipal buy-in and rigorous compliance with W&RSETA requirements.
